Our Growing Project - 'Incredible Edibles'.

Feb 25th

Our ‘Incedible Edibles’ box arrived to the school.

The box contained:

- 3 large growing containers
- 1 round growing container
- Bag of compost
- Growing Chart
- DVD to show us how to start the project and for harvesting later

We put the strawberry plant into the fridge.

Feb 27th

We carefully watched the DVD to help us with getting the project sorted. We made notes about the important things that we needed to remember for growing and planting the seeds.

March 2nd

Today we planted our strawberry plant after taking it out of the fridge. We prepared a pot with some compost and filled it half way. We carefully planted the strawberry plant in the compost and filled in around the plant. We were happy the plant was ready we added some water to the soil and placed it on the window sill for some light.
