Dutch Cheese - Edam Cheese
We learned that Edam cheese comes from Holland. It has a red wax coating on the outside so it is easy to recognise.

Miss Lardner brought us in some Edam cheese to taste. There is a town called Edam in the north of Holland.

We put the cheese on crackers. It was nice cheese and not too strong. There are lots of cows in Holland. Cheese is made from their milk.

Everyone got to try Edam cheese. Edam is made spelt backwards. Edam cheese is made in the Netherlands and is popular all over the world.
